5 Ways To Prepare For Pregnancy

Step 1: Assess your current health status to better understand your potential for pregnancy!

When seeking to become pregnant, it’s important to understand your starting point. What’s your health status? Is your bloodwork normal? Are you within a healthy BMI? Are you taking any medications or supplements that my be contraindicated during pregnancy?

First, schedule an annual visit with your doctor.  Bring your partner & have a conversation around the following:

  • discuss timing & birth control options
  • share any upcoming travel
  • discuss medications or supplements you may be taking
  • ask for routine blood work (be sure to watch the webinar to learn what labs to discuss!)
