Instead, I teach the skills and intuition you need to make nutritious choices without having to forever count calories, containers, portions sizes etc. “Diet programs” do not work, and they are way to much work for any long term results. Instead, come hang out with some awesome other ladies, grab a glass of wine (yep, we drink wine!), and let’s have some real chat about food and fitness.
