Instead, I teach the skills and intuition you need to make nutritious choices without having to forever count calories, containers, portions sizes etc. “Diet programs” do not work, and they are way to much work for any long term results. Instead, come hang out with some awesome other ladies, grab a glass of wine (yep, we drink wine!), and let’s have some real chat about food and fitness.

+ I’m breastfeeding, can I still join the program?

Definitely. The program works for any busy mama looking to get back her groove and find her healthiest self. The nutrition plan can be customized to your goals, and you’ll have accountability from me and your like-minded friends in the Facebook group.

+ I had my babies a few years ago, will the program still benefit me?

Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds at this time. However, if you stick with the program and repeat as you see fit, I’m confident you’ll see the results you’ve been looking for!

Workouts are a key element of the total program.  In the N4M program, I provide general fitness recommendations and programs of choice.  Ultimately, your fitness plan is up to you!
