Pick a handful of your favorite go-to options from the list below, add it to your staple grocery list and always have healthy, delicious snacks on hand!

• 1 mini granola bar + string cheese
• Small apple + string cheese
• Veggies + 2 TB hummus or guacamole
• Celery +1 TB nut butter & 1 TB raisins
• 1 hard boiled egg + 6 whole wheat crackers
• 1-cup light popcorn + 10 raw nuts
• 6 oz Greek yogurt + 1 small piece of fruit
• 1 small oatmeal dark-chocolate cookie • 12 oz 1% milk cappuccino or latte
• 8 oz vegetable juice +1 piece of string cheese
• 2 clementines + 23 walnuts/almonds
• 10 red grapes + 12 almonds
